Shipping
Orders are dispatched from the EU after payment is received, usually within 1–2 business days, in plain, tracked packaging. EU orders are usually delivered in 2–7 business days depending on destination and carrier. Once an order has left us we have no control over carrier or customs delays and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Shipping costs depend on the method chosen and are always shown at checkout before you place the order.
Country restrictions
Some products cannot be shipped to certain countries for legal and regulatory reasons; restrictions are shown on the product page. You are responsible for ensuring that import into your country is permitted. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of import rules, customs seizure, a wrong address or refusal, the price is refunded minus shipping and return costs (example terms).
Damage in transit
Please inspect the parcel on receipt. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the carrier or refuse the parcel, and email our contact form the same day.
Returns & complaints
Because research materials can be degraded by return shipping, please do not send goods back without our prior instruction. Report obvious or quantity defects within 2 business days of delivery and hidden defects within 1 month, by email to our contact form. We will remedy confirmed defects by replacement, delivery of missing items or a price reduction. Unopened, sealed items: return only by prior agreement (example).
